Cellist Minna Rose Chung performs internationally as a recitalist and chamber musician. In 2003, she joined the University of Alaska-Fairbanks as Assistant Professor of Cello. At age 12, Ms. Chung debuted with Maestro Isaiah Jackson of the London Royal Ballet and the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra. Her performances garnered national recognition. She holds a MM degree from Northwestern University and a Doctorate degree from Stony Brook, NY with renowned cellist Colin Carr. Ms. Chung made her Carnegie Hall debut as the founder of the Pangea String Quartet in 2007. Minna Rose performs on a 1770 AUGUSTINIUS CHAPPUY French cello and a 1999 Isaac SALCHOW bow. |
